What counts as a 'platform' for social scheduling?
Platforms are LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok. The Starter plan covers any 2 of these. Growth and Team plans cover all 5.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're prorated for the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How does Uploft learn my voice?
During setup, Uploft reads your existing content (website, emails, any samples you share) and asks a short series of questions about your tone and style. It uses this to calibrate every piece of content it writes. You can always review, edit, or redirect.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
At the end of your trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan and add billing details to continue. Your website, content, and all settings carry over — nothing is lost.
Does Uploft replace my website if I already have one?
